Skip the subscription! Shop for your favorite farm-fresh produce and products whenever you'd like. Simply add what you want to your cart, and either pick up at the farm or have it delivered locally. It's that easy!
WildSide Market Credit (WMC) is an easy, flexible way to shop with us throughout the season!
Here’s how it works:
- Pre-load your account with WildSide Market Credit — like buying store credit in advance.
- Shop at your own pace — use your credit anytime for anything we have available: produce, plants, U-Pick, and more!
- Reload whenever you need — add more credit as the season goes on. No minimums, no expiration within the current season.
- Bonus: It's a great way to budget for fresh, local food and support the farm early in the season when it helps us the most! Get 5% added credit when you purchase WMC.
WMC gives you the freedom to shop a la carte, pick exactly what you want when you want it, and enjoy all the goodness WildSide Farm has to offer without worrying about weekly commitments.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a healthy and vibrant farm ecosystem where we grow tasty and nutritious food for our local community while protecting and enhancing the land's biodiversity.

Who We Are

WildSide Farm is a new project that endeavors to convert what was for many years a conventional dairy farm into a biodiverse farm. We are located on approximately 70 acres in front of ClearWind Farm, by the beautiful white dairy barn you can see from Teer Road. As new stewards we are excited to learn from and connect with this land working towards rehabilitating the soil fertility, restoring water health, and increasing habitat for wildlife. We are in the beginning stages of putting in the necessary infrastructure. As we grow our farm, we’re working toward providing a bounty of nutrient-dense vegetables, berries, fruits, nuts, and more to the community.

Beauty & Purpose! As if our list of cover crop benefits wasn't long enough before, check out what's happening out in the bed today! The sunflowers have bloomed AND are creating a welcoming landing for monarch butterflies 🌻🦋

WildSide LOVES finding ways to keep the circle of giving turning. Beneficial insects like bumble bees and ladybugs do wonders for the health of our gardens, so luckily we are able to boost their habitat by providing cover crops! In addition to providing a home for our insect friends, cover crops also: *Build up the stored carbon in the soils (through a process called the Liquid Carbon Pathway) *Protect land from erosion *Reduce the pressure from weeds by shading them out *Draw nitrogen into the soil. Legumes are particularly good at this. *Plus, our current mix (sunflower, sun hemp, millet, sorghum, cowpea, and buckwheat), add so much texture to the landscape - and look even cooler from up above (see drone shot!). j

Fellow Farm Friends hosting Fantastic Fun! Come Out & Play begins THIS SATURDAY, August 27th! Head on out with all of your two and four-legged pals (dogs welcome!) and enjoy this free(!) event that is sure to inspire!

So so much thanks going out to our customers this Monday afternoon! On Saturday, we hosted our first ever Pop-up Market -AND- we had a wonderful turnout! With a farmer's market feel, customers were able to stop on by and peruse the produce before deciding what sparked their appetites. We so appreciate the support you all showed for our first event of this kind. Keep a look out for more surprise markets on the horizon - we hope you'll join us again!

Notes from WildSide's Resident Rooster: It's hot!!! But these Summer-blue skies filled with thick, fluffy clouds are worth the sweat (in actuality, chickens can't sweat 😅)... Nonetheless, we suggest carving out daily time to find a shady spot with a view to enjoy! Us chickens think we have landed a pretty good lookout point here! P.S. WildSide's online market will be closed for a couple of weeks, so there's no link to our online store today. We look forward to bringing you more fresh, local food soon!

Can you believe the baby birds we just featured last week are already looking like they are ready to fledge the nest?! It's amazing what a whirlwind life is, and time on the farm reminds us of this daily. Let us all take a pause to notice the beautiful changes happening all around us. Speaking of changes, our watermelon have suddenly decided they might be ready for eating this week!
